Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Pol Sulistyo Ishak mengatakan, Polri tidak terpengaruh dengan adanya laman pribadi (blog) sebagai pihak yang mengaku bertanggungjawab atas ledakan bom di Hotel JW Marriot dan Ritz-Carlton, 17 Juli 2009 yang menewaskan sembilan orang.

"Polri tetap berpegang pada penyidikan secara ilmiah dengan menindak semua pelaku maupun yang terlibat dalam kasus itu," katanya di Jakarta, Rabu.

Ia mengatakan, informasi dalam laman pribadi bahwa ada pihak yang bertanggungjawab atas ledakan bom itu masih diteliti Polri termasuk mencari pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pembuatan laman pribadi itu. "Kita tidak terkecoh dengan pengakuan yang belum pasti," katanya menegaskan.

Dalam laman pribadi www.mediaislam-bushro-blogspot.com, pihak yang menyebut dirinya bernama "Tandzim Al Qo`idah Indonesia" menyebutkan bahwa ledakan bom di dua hotel itu dilakukan oleh salah satu satu anggotanya dengan sebutan "ikhwah mujahidin"

Laman itu juga mengatakan bahwa sasaran ledakan adalah orang-orang asing yang sedang mengadakan pertemuan bisnis di kedua hotel itu. Menurut laman tersebut, tujuan dari aksi ledakan bom itu adalah sebagai balasan atas apa yang dilakukan Amerika di terhadap kaum muslimin di seluruh dunia. Selain itu, tujuannya adalah sebagai pelajaran buat umat Islam karena telah mendatangkan klub bola Manchester Uniter (MU) ke hotel tersebut.

Laman itu juga menulis, bahwa pimpinan (amir) dari Tandzim Al Qo`idah Indonesia adalah Abu Mu`awwidz Nur Din bin Muhammad Top.

Polri, kata Sulistyo, juga akan meneliti apakah laman itu dapat dikatagorikan sebagai tindak pidana yang dapat dijerat dengan undang-undang (UU) misalnya UU tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana terorisme serta UU informasi dan transaksi elektronik.

Sulistyo meminta kepada masyarakat untuk tetap menjadikan terorisme sebagai gangguan keamanan sehingga publik harus ikut memeranginya.

Kasus ledakan bom di kedua hotel itu hingga kini belum terungkap kendati telah berlangsung selama 12 hari. Namun, Kapolri Jenderal Pol Bambang Hendarso Danuri mengatakan, Polri telah mendapatkan banyak kemajuan dalam penyidikan kasus itu. "Anggota saya yang dilapangan masih terus bekerja keras. Insya Allah akan berhasil," katanya.

Polri, katanya, yakin dapat mengusut kasus ledakan bom yang untuk kedua kalinya menghantam Hotel JW Marriot setelah sebelumnya pada 2003 juga mengalami hal yang sama.

Pernyataan Noordin M Top Beredar di Internet

Siapa bertanggungjawab dalam peristiwa bom bunuh diri di dua hotel ternama di Jakarta, Hotel JM Marriott dan Hotel Ritz Carlton pada 17 Juli 2009, masih belum dipastikan. Dugaan mengarah ke gembong terorisme asal Malaysia, Noordin M Top.

Secara mengejutkan, hari ini, Rabu 29 Juli 2009 beredar pernyataan Noordin M Top yang mengatasnamakan diri sebagai 'Amir Tandzim Al Qo'idah Indonesia Abu Mu'awwidz Nur Din bin Muhammad Top Hafidzohullah'.

Ada dua pernyataan terpisah, pertama terkait pemboman di Hotel JW Marriott dan Hotel Ritz Carlton.

Dalam pernyataannya Noordin mengaku bertanggungjawab atas pengeboman di Marriott dan Ritz Carlton. Pernyatan tersebut ditulis selang-seling antara Bahasa Arab dan Bahasa Indonesia.

"Allah menganugerahkan kepada kami jalan untuk menyerang Hotel termegah yang dimiliki oleh Amerika di Ibukota Indonesia di Jakarta, yaitu Ritz Calrton," kata Noordin dalam pernyataannya, seperti dimuat dalam sebuah situs internet, yang diperoleh VIVAnews, Rabu siang.

Namun, sampai saat ini belum jelas apakah benar Noordin M Top yang mengeluarkan pernyataan ini.

Bom yang meledak di Hotel JW Marriott dan Hotel Ritz Carlton menewaskan sembilan orang dan melukai 55 lainnya di Hotel JW Marriott dan Ritz Carlton. Polri telah menyebar sketsa dua bomber.

Berdasarkan penyelidikan tim Disaster Victim Identification (DVI), ciri-ciri pelaku di JW Marriott adalah laki-laki, usia 16-17 tahun, kulit lebih putih, rambut lurus hitam dan pendek, tinggi badan 180 centimeter, dan ukuran sepatu 42-43.

Sementara pelaku di Ritz Carlton adalah laki-laki, umur kira-kira 40 tahun, kulit sawo matang, rambut lurus, pendek, dan hitam, serta tinggi 165 centimeter. Pelaku bom bunuh diri dipastikan bukan Nur Said maupun Ibrahim.
