Dokter Ekky menyarankan untuk menimbang berat badan seminggu sekali, maksudnya untuk melihat apakah berat badan cukup ideal, jika cukup ideal berarti asupan makanan sudah cukup, jika berlebih bisa jadi orang tersebut kurang beraktivitas selama berpuasa atau selama berpuasa terlalu banyak makan :)

Namun jika berat badan berkurang, hal ini menandakan asupan makanan selama berpuasa tidak cukup, disinilah peran suplemen atau multivitamin untuk memenuhi kekurangan asupan makanan tersebut. Namun tidak selalu vitamin perlu didapat dari suplemen atau multivitamin, bisa juga dari buah-buahan atau sayuran.

Untuk mendapat kebugaran dan tetap bersemangat selama berpuasa, selain mengatur pola dan gaya hidup sehat perlu juga melakukan aktivitas fisik lain dan dianjurkan berolahraga.

Menurut dokter Michael Triangto SpKO dari Rumah Sakit Mitra Kemayoran aktivitas olahraga yang cocok selama bulan puasa adalah “aerobik”.
Olahraga jenis aerobik merupakan aktivitas fisik yang menggunakan oksigen sebagai sumber energi. Aerobik dapat dilakukan dengan gerakan seimbang dan berulang-ulang seperti jalan kaki, joging atau jika memungkinkan berenang. Atau melakukan aerobik ringan lain seperti yoga, meditasi, taichi maupun stretching.

Waktu untuk berolahraga juga tidak perlu setiap hari, orang berpuasa disarankan cukup 3-5 kali seminggu selama 30 menit saja yang dapat dilakukan setelah sholat subuh atau menjelang berbuka agar cairan yang hilang ketika berolahraga dapat segera tergantikan saat berbuka. Mimpi yang saya maksud adalah mimpi yang berhubungan dengan cita-cita atau angan-angan. Setiap orang pasti mempunyai mimpi, karena bila tidak mempunyai mimpi kamu tidak akan menjadi seseorang yang berhasil, ada yang bermimpi ingin dirinya berhasil dibidang usaha, pendidikan, karier dan lain lain, tidak ada seorangpun yang bermimpi dirinya gagal, tetapi banyak orang yang gagal akibat dari mimpi mimpinya, karena terbuai oleh mimpi tanpa melakukan tindakan maka untuk itu mari kita Stop Dreaming Start Action, yang lebih parah lagi menganggap kegagalan adalah nasip, dan tertanam didalam pikiran, sehingga hati dan pikiran menjadi negatif, yang merupakan musuh terbesar, karena saat kesulitan ataupun hambatan muncul, pikiran negatif itu bekerja mulai menghembuskan pikiran-pikiran buruk, dan akan mengeluh, ketika kita mengeluh, kita melepaskan getaran negatif ke alam semesta, yang akan menarik kedalam hidup kita. Banyak orang berhasil karena memotivasi dirinya yang kuat, sehingga timbul keyakinan dalam dirinyanya akan keberhasilan, motivasi berawal dari impian dan cita - cita seseorang yang sangat kuat untuk mencapai suatu kesuksesan .

Kesuksesan seseorang lebih banyak berasal dari sebuah impian yang di implementasikan dalam serangkaian kegiatan sehari -hari atau dapat juga disebut Stop Dreaming Start Action, akan tetapi bila seseorang mempunyai impian, tanpa melakukan Tindakan untuk mengejar impian tersebut dengan sepenuh hati, impian tersebut tidak akan tercapai dan akan membuat kekecewaan diri orang tersebut sehingga dapat membuat keputus asaan, bahkan lebih celakanya kegagalan yang dialami mereka pikir akibat orang lain, mereka mencari kambing hitam, dan berusaha membenarkan pemikiran tersebut, tanpa melakukan tindakan atau Action untuk mencapai keberhasilan.

Saya perna membaca artikel di blognya Joko Susilo dengan judul Satu satunya Perbedaan Antara Pemenang dan Pecundang, kutipan nya sebagai berikut : "Saya memang belum melakukan apa-apa. Karena menurut saya, ilmu anda sudah basi. Saya sudah tahu semua materi yang anda ajarkan. Tidak ada hal baru. Jadi saya pikir, SMUO anda pasti tidak ada gunanya! Jadi kembalikan duit saya!" sangat aneh, belum melakukan Action tetapi menggap SMUO tidak ada artinya, hal - hal seperti ini sering terjadi seseorang mengkritik atau mencelah tetapi tidak memberikan argumentasi yang cukup, atau seseorang bermimpi ingin berhasil tetapi tidak melakukan Action.Maka sangat diperlukan sekali Motivasi Diri dengan cara Stop Dreaming Start Action dan berpikir positip.

Apa yang harus kita lakukan untuk memotivasi diri kita sendiri, Motivasi datang dari diri kita sendiri bukan dari orang lain, agar kita dapat melakukan motivasi, kita harus mengetahui tujuan apa yang akan kita capai dan mempersiapkan bahan-bahan pendukungnya, sebagai contoh kita ingin menjadi Marketer tetapi kita tidak ada jalur akses untuk internet, yah di motivasi seperti apapun tidak akan tercapai, hanya mimpi tanpa Action, Stop Dreaming Start Action

Fokus pada pada motivasi, Stop Dreaming Start Action dengan cara membuat jadwal waktu untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut, tetapi jangan sampai batas waktu yang kita tentukan tidak tepat sehingga dapat membuat kita frustasi, buatlah tahap demi tahap untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, jangan terlalu membebani pikiran dan menikmati apa yang kita lakukan untuk mengontrol tingkat stress yang kita punyai.

Dukunglah mimpi mimpimu dengan melakukan Action, hilangkan perasaan cemas, kemarahan, keraguan, depresi dan hal-hal yang negatip lainnya, kebangkan pikiran positip, mulai Stop Dreaming Start Action dengan perasaan gembira dan tidak terbebani.

Sebagai bahan renungan coba kita baca pengalaman seseorang Kolonel Sander yang berhasil dengan KFC nya, dia mempunyai mimpi untuk membuat suatu makanan atau resep yg dapat menghasilkan keuntungan, dia mengusahakan mimpi nya menjadi kenyataan dengan Action , bermodalkan mobil tua, dimulai berkeliling menawarkan resep, tapi apa yang dia dapat lebih dari 1000 toko menolak resepnya, apakah dia berhenti menjajahkan resepnya, tidak sama sekali, dia terus menawarkan resep tersebut, pernakah kita seperti sander ?, sering kita tidak jadi melakukan Action hanya karena mendengar cerita bahwa ada seseorang yang sudah melakukan pekerjaan tersebut gagal, atau kita membatalkan niat maupun Action hanya ada kritikan atau penolakan dari segelintir orang, jika sander mempunyai niat untuk berhenti menawarkan resepnya dia mempunyai alasan karena sudah lebih dari 1000 toko yang menolak, tapi nyatanya tidak. Coba kalau dia berhenti, bearti tidak ada KFC.

Apa yang kita lakukan bila kita mengalami yang dialami oleh colonel Sander, jangankan 1000 kali, mungkin baru dua kali saja kita mendapatkan penolakan atau kritikan, kita sudah menghentikan Action, dan timbul rasa marah, frustasi, dll, sehingga menimbulkan energi negatip dalam diri kita, apa akibatnya kalau energi negatip yang ada dalam diri kita begitu besar, dapat dibaca di postingan saya terdahulu dengan judul Mengejar Mimpi Dengan Tindakan.
